Service Description
A 60-minute Yoga therapy session tailored to your individual needs. Yoga therapy looks at the whole body including physical, mental and emotional aspects. Through collecting information a program of Yoga Asana, breathing practices, mindfulness, health and lifestyle guidelines are provided. Yin and Restorative Yoga are focussed on in these sessions and work on the connective tissue including the tendons, fascia and ligaments. Poses are held for longer periods of time. Props are used and poses can be adapted to suit individuals. Yin and Restorative Yoga is a form of Yoga with many benefits including - - Improved sleep - Deep relaxation - Stress relief - Increased mental clarity and focus - Improved flexibility and strength in muscles and joints - Improved mobility
