Our Yoga cards include 16 yoga cards, 3 breathing cards and a gratitude activity card. These cards were produced and made locally. They are beautifully designed and are an effective resource to support physical, mental, social and emotional wellbeing. The cards are a great visual tool for teaching children, teens and adults about their body and mind. They provide step by step instructions for each pose. Games can be played with the cards and they can also assist to develop communication skills. Yoga has been proven to assist with anxiety, stress and can improve balance, co-ordination and memory.
