NDIS Supports
If you are plan managed or self managed you may be able to use your NDIS funding to participate in our classes or programs. All classes and programs are delivered by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher with 20 years experience. Melanie also has experience working with children and adults with a disability.

Group programs
Our group programs include sessions with small groups of children, teens or adults. These programs develop social skills and emotional regulation through group discussion, games, movement, art and mindfulness activities. The programs are delivered in a safe and supportive environment. Healthy lifestyle, wellbeing and body awareness are incorporated into these sessions.

One to one support sessions
These sessions develop stress management strategies and support a healthy lifestyle. Lessons include learning meditation techniques, mindfulness, movement and basic anatomy. Props, stories and music are included to develop self regulation and enhance social, emotional and communication skills. Individual needs and goals are developed and focused on throughout the sessions. This service is offered in Port Stephens, Maitland and Newcastle areas, online via Zoom or in your own home.

Online Sessions
Our online sessions are developed to allow individuals to meet their goals and needs. These can include a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques, movement activities to promote physical and mental wellbeing and a healthy body. Our online programs incorporate music and activities to develop memory, emotional regulation skills and reduce stress and anxiety.
All programs allow participants to improve daily living skills and community participation.

Resources
Our Yoga cards are an effective resource to support physical, mental, social and emotional wellbeing. The cards are a great visual tool for teaching children, teens and adults about their body and mind. They provide step by step instructions for each pose. Games can be played with the cards and they can also assist to develop communication skills. Yoga has been proven to assist with anxiety, stress and can improve balance, co-ordination and memory.
