Mels Kids Yoga

Mel's Kids Yoga provides Yoga and Mindfulness programs to support children and teens health and wellbeing. Yoga therapy is used to reduce stress and anxiety and assists with issues such as sleep, digestion, memory and focus. Our programs offer skills to support resilience, self-esteem, confidence and social skills.

Certified Mindfulness Instructor

First aid certificate, working with children check, police check, current insurance.
